Price Increase

Please be advised the following providers have increased their consultation prices as of 2024. Please contact reception on 02 5105 0890 or reception@canberradevelopmentclinic.com.au or more information.

*Please note these prices are up to the discretion of the doctor at the time of the appointment.
**This includes all telehealth and face to face appointments.
***We are no longer accepting cash payments. Our services can be paid using Eftpos (including Amex) or direct deposit.

Admin / Clinical requests

Please see below the best procedure to follow if you have clinical requests for the providers. Please note admin and clinical requests can take up to two - three weeks to be completed, longer for more complex tasks. Please provide us with as much time as possible to complete your requests. Administrative requests attract a fee outside of an appointment.

Script Requests

If you require a script outside of an appointment, please email the following information to reception@canberradevelopmentclinic.com.au.

How many tablets you have left
If you would prefer a paper script or an E-SCRIPT (paper scripts will need to be collected from our clinic during business hours)

NDIS or Carers Allowance Forms

If you have any NDIS or other forms for providers to complete, please email the following information to reception@canberradevelopmentclinic.com.au.

Letters of Support

If you have a Letter of Support completed by one of our providers please email the following information to reception@canberradevelopmentclinic.com.au.
